Complaint
The Capital Market Authority (CMA) receives complaints falling within the provisions of the Capital Market Law and its Implementing Regulations. Therefore, CMA will consider all complaint cases for further studies and examinations, and settle the disputes that arise between market participants in relation to securities. We would like to note that any complaint filed against the entities subject to the supervision of CMA will be referred to the same entity to settle it, and the complainant has the right to escalate the complaint to CMA when no settlement is reached.
